Return Eligibility

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are also responsible for any international shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, or import charges related to the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Harrison & Kate Montreal is not responsible for lost return packages without valid tracking confirmation.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Customers must securely return the product at their own expense.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been successfully received and inspected by our team.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Harrison & Kate Montreal reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Harrison & Kate Montreal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is considered completed once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Any address corrections or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
